Can the eyes be of value in judging a person’s background?

Certainly, the eyes ARE the mirrors of the Soul.  It may be difficult to penetrate the mental shields put up by higher level being but generally speaking you can easily ‘feel’ the power level of a person through momentary eye contact.  The large black or blue eyes of Italians & Germans often carry the intensive power background.  The light blue eyes of the Germans or Celtics indicates a DNA pattern from Atlantean stock.  Those of the unusual green, violet, and even Phosphorescent varieties indicate persons who often carry components of an ‘alien’ origin.  Such persons often volunteer to come here to this dimension to aid in uplifting the planet.

It is typical for the most of us to mentally block out the probing of others who look into our eyes.  Higher energy persons can send hypnotic power flows to persons who constantly remain open.  A visualized ‘shield’ against this is sufficient but many persons simply avoid eye contact with strangers.

Persons trapped in the domination systems will often have a ‘fear’ or ‘hardness’ in their eyes.  Persons who have cut off their higher level Mind components through drugs or choice will have an ‘animal’ look in their eyes.

How Nutritious is your Immune System

http://corehealthnutrition.com/files/4812/4406/9632/Fork%20Raw%20Food%20Intro_Product%20Landing%20Page.jpg

Many people on this planet are aware that proper nutrition is essential for

good health and that inadequate nutrition is associated with poor health and disease.

Yet the corporations that control the majority of the food sold in

markets are getting away with supplying very low quality products.

Corporations routinely package and market foods based on their shelf life and taste rather than their nutritional value. Seed variations are selected for ease of growing, harvesting, transporting, and processing rather than nutrition. Adding chemicals to achieve a longer shelf-life is commonplace and the overrefining of grains is ubiquitous. These practices contribute to inadequate nutrition which leads, intern, to ill health.

Have you ever had someone tell you that they have a chemical

imbalance? Consider the idea that they are suffering from an essential nutrient deficiency; do you believe that a pharmaceutical can supply the missing nutrients?

Scientific research proves that many essential nutrients are destroyed in

cooking; so are cooked foods still whole foods? Fresh uncooked and unprocessed whole foods are the most important health

guardians available to the human organism.

The Mind-Body Connection

mind.jpg mind image by 1crashley

Emotions have been scientifically proven to have a powerful effect on the

immune system. Researchers in medical schools in the United States and other countries have discovered that immune cells such as T-cells, B-cells and

macrophages (the white blood cells) have receptors for neuropeptides.

Neuropeptides are created in our body every time we have a thought, and our immune cells listen for and react to the emotional dialog. Positive thoughts such as love, joy, happiness, forgiveness, and so forth, create health-promoting neuropeptides that boost the immune system, while negative thoughts such as fear, hate, jealousy, possessiveness, and so forth, create neuropeptides that candepress the immune system and lead to disease.

Negative emotions have also been shown to cause acidity in the tissues

while positive emotions create alkalinity in them.

Tony Buzan explains in his cassette program, Brain Power, “There are

thousands of documented studies of people who have recovered from illness

simply through the power of the mind.” He goes on to say, “Children can make themselves ill, and give themselves nose bleeds merely at the thought of an upcoming test” and, “Many people give themselves rashes in stressful

situations.”

Dr. Richard Anderson, N.D., N.M.D., states in book one of Cleanse & Purify

Thyself: “Another factor in the ability to adapt a raw-food diet is emotions.

Remember, thoughts and feelings are the primal directive forces that control our bodies; this includes appetites and desires. Some people will never be rawfooders until they have transmuted certain emotions.”

Stress has been scientifically proven to cause many health problems due

to its effects on the nervous system. A few of these problems include insomnia, poor digestion, a weakened immune system and cellular repair system. Stress dulls the sense of touch, lowers IQ, can be a factor in cancer and heart attacks, and makes people generally meaner.

If you could only remember one thing from reading this is, If there is someone in your life towards whom you feel animosity and refuse to forgive, you are not hurting them, you are hurting yourself.

Forgive them and your health will benefit.

Sunlight the Great Healer

http://img.wallpaperstock.net:81/grape-hill-in-sunlight-wallpapers_8051_1280x1024.jpg

At the end of day do we really notice that our sun the sunlight and day light we see is and the heat we feel on our skin is one of our greatest healers.

Trace amounts of UV radiation in natural daylight are required

for physical and mental health, civilized behavior, muscle strength, energy, and learning.

Sunlight in moderation improves immunity and stimulates our metabolism while decreasing food craving and increasing our intelligence. Those words were taken from the book Sunlight by Zane R. Kime, M.D., M.S., where he backs this statement up with scientific research.

Brian Clement, Director of the Hippocrates Institute, says that sunlight is the

most powerful booster of the immune system that he is aware of.

In his book, Sunlight, Dr. Kime explains the link between nutrition and

sunburn. “Unless one has proper diet, sunlight has ill effects on the skin. This must be emphasized: sunbathing is dangerous for those who are on the standard high-fat diet or do not get an abundance of vegetables, whole

grains, and fresh fruits. Those on the standard high-fat diet should stay out of the sun and protect themselves from it; but at the same time they will suffer the consequences of both the high-fat diet and the deficiency of sunlight.”

Sunlight is a much better source of vitamin D (which more closely resembles a hormone) then the kind added to enriched foods, especially cow’s milk.

An increased dietary intake of vitamins and other nutrients, and an avoidance of free-radical forming foods, has been scientifically shown to have that effect on humans.

Freedom from CONTRACT with the mind

consciousness1.jpg

“If I tell you about myself will I have entered into a contract with you?

Let the eyes see what you want them to see and the ears hear what you want them to hear and the mind will believe.

The mind can be lead to believe what it see’s and hears by misdirection.

This is the very thing that has pulled the wool over our eyes trapping us in our own minds believing that of what we hear see and feel is real when in fact its illussion.

And people have been lead to believe this and hurting themselves believing that life is hard it can not get better and we must do and say as the higher powers/authorities dictate and run our lives for us instead of us taking charge of our own life.

So we end up bound in contracts.

CONTRACT: In law, a contract is a binding legal agreement that is enforceable in a court of law. [1] That is to say, a contract is an exchange of promises for the breach of which the law will provide a remedy.

Contract Law is the only law.

There is no Constitutional Law, Bill of Rights, Charter of Rights and Freedoms, no codes, rules, regulations, ordinances, statutes, by-laws, or anything else which most people think of as ‘law’ which applies to free, sovereign people. They all apply only to corporate entities.

There is only one law which applies to us: the law which protects the life, liberty, rights, and property of all living souls.

That which causes us to think that all these ‘laws’ apply to us is the contracts/ agreements we have made, either wittingly or unwittingly. If there is no contract there is no case. Contract is the law.

Your Future: Teamwork. "Pulp Fiction"

via youtube.com“The words written below are written by myself Shay McCormack and the man you see above in the video is Wan Kim from yoga meditation. http://www.youtube.com/user/yogameditation

I do alot of research personally in my everyday walking life and online about health, Dna, animal and human therapy almost all things to do with life and wellbeing.

And over alot of years I had done this all by myself but over time I became apart of a team just getting to know people and learning that we were of like minds and it developed into great friendships and so did our knowledge. And this knowledge that we and all of us have been learning and helping one another with has in many many ways helped so many open up their lives to areas of knowledge they never thought possible to learn without having to pay for it or be in college to learn it. And we as a team opened up to a world of knowledge we never knew possible even to ourselves. And this team is not here where I live but spread all over the world in different countries and and different lives and of all ages and cultures and backgrounds and each of us are learning more and more about one another and expanding our weatlh of knowledge in such areas of health, business, medicine, teaching and so much more.

And the door is open to all who have a passion and love to learn and come along and join.

Such Passion, Such Romance...Vs $$$

Romance is a general term that refers to the attempt to express love with words or deeds.[1] It also refers to a feeling of excitement associated with love.[2] Within the context of “romantic love” relationships it usually implies an expression of one’s love, or one’s deep emotional desires to connect with another person, especially when that love is platonic, that is, when sexual drive is sublimated into artful expression of desire.

$$$ – what is commonly thought of as ‘money’

Money – something of intrinsic value, no longer in existence since 1933

http://www.gotravel24.com/files//2009/Romance/island%20romance1.jpg

A man and a woman met at a party on a Friday evening and were immediately attracted to one another.
After some perfunctory chit-chat he invited her to his house where she remained the entire weekend. The sex
was great; the conversation was fabulous. They discussed their respective attitudes on every conceivable
subject; they laughed, they reminisced over their childhoods, school, and previous lovers. They talked about
every member of their families; they described in detail their interests – many of which they shared – their
occupations, and their friends. Throughout these intimate conversations they made love. He was a fabulous
cook and so after going to the market on Saturday morning, he created sumptuous meals for the remainder of
her visit. Each mentioned what s/he wanted in a mate and the other corroborated. There was even talk of a
future together. By Sunday brunch, each admitted to feeling as if s/he had known each other his/her entire
life and quite possibly even prior to this lifetime. Indeed, they had found their soul-mates. After supper on
Sunday night when the end of their most ecstatic weekend was about to end, snuggled up watching a
romantic movie, promising never to let the other go, she asked, “How much money do you make?” His
response was, “That’s personal.”

What is it about $$$ that keeps us from being with each other? I suggest that $$$ is the most glaring
evidence of our belief that we are separate from one another.
